A maintenance release. The pricing panel no longer switches the plan on a device that has no subscription, and a plan now only ever comes from the account service.
The account and checkout links open again — a broken import in 0.1.7 stopped them.
Nothing else changed: the workspace, the modes and the terminal behaviour are the same as 0.1.7.
